Risk Assessments

This page gives our users access to our facility risk assessments. These should be used alongside any activity risk assessments that you as activity organisers put in place. If you have any concerns in relation to safety while at our centres then please make a member of staff aware.

If you require help doing your risk assessment then we suggest you look at your sport's National Governing Body website or make contact with them for further advice. Most offer support and templates specific for your activity. If you are using us for the first time feel free to ask a member of staff to highlight key points such as fire assembly points, emergency phone access for outdoor facilities away from our buildings, first aid and what to do in the event of an accident.

You can use this as a starting point for making your risk assessment. Identify the hazards that apply to your activity on page one. On page two you will need to list all the hazards you have identified and state how you are controlling these risks dependant on the severity and likeliness of them happening.
