Current members paying by Direct Debit can request cancelation of their membership and payments. We also recommend cancelling your direct debit with your bank too.
Current members that pay upfront for their membership can request a cancelation of their membership and partial refund. Please note as per our terms and conditions your refund will be less a fee.
For current students looking to claim back authorised refunds for student club activity. Sport Brighton supports student travel between campuses when the sport you wish to play is not at your education city/town. You will be able to reclaim the cost of a return train ticket or mileage for a car journey (at 20p per mile). You will need to register for our on-line claims portal (see above link in heading).Once your account has been activated, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to the system and your log in details.
If you are using public transport we advise you to download the app. Details of the free app can be found here https://www.selenity.com/app-download and use quick scan for your receipts.
If you are going to be driving, you will need to be able to upload key car documents (MOT, Insurance etc) to demonstrate that you are travelling in a safe vehicle.
- We ask that claims are made monthly and that the cheapest form of travel is chosen where possible.
- Please make claims at the end of each month and make sure claims are submitted by the end of each term.
- Please note, you will need a club membership to be able to make a claim for reimbursement.
If you want to book our sports facilities on a regular basis or you are looking for a venue for a special event then use this form. Those looking to book courts or pitches in the coming days should book via reception.
Looking for a venue for a bouncy castle and soft play party then complete this form. We offer this service in our Eastbourne Sports Centre currently.
