If however you do wish to cancel your direct debit going forward once we open again then please complete this form and cancel your direct debit with your bank. Please note that rejoining in the future will result in being subject to our administration fee for set up. We must receive notification by the 26th of the month prior to your chosen month.

Please write a subject for your message.

This can be found on your UniCard/ Membership card and is clearly labelled. This is NOT your student number. It normally starts with 00 followed by 6 numbers.

Your UniCard number can be found on your UniCard/ Associate Member Card and is located under your issue number as shown.

This is different from your student number.
