Memberships
Sport Brighton offers gym membership available to the local community in Eastbourne. All our standard packages include gym, classes and discounted swim access or you can opt for our premium Swim Plus membership which also includes open swim access in the price. We offer competitively priced monthly and annual membership options. If you want more information or would like a tour then just pop into our Eastbourne Hillbrow Sports Centre on Denton Road (BN20 7SR). Members can also park for no charge in our car parks. Our car parks are both located on Gaudick Road (adjacent to the Hillbrow and Trevin Towers buildings); a short walk from the centre. Just be sure to validate your parking when arriving in our sports centre reception. If you work in or visit Brighton then your membership can also be used at our centres in Falmer and Moulsecoomb.
MEMBERSHIP PRICES
Buy our membership online by clicking on the relevent membership category for you above. You will be asked to complete a form so we can set you up on our system. We will email you a welcome email along with some login details so you can choose and set up your membership and start booking our services on our online portal. Alternativly you can have a tour and sign up in person at our reception.
CLASS AND SWIM TIMETABLE
You get access to our classes at no additional cost when you take out membership. Classes are bookable online and via receptions. We also offer discounted swim access for members or these are included in Swim Plus memberships. Again you can book this online once you have an account.
EASTBOURNE SPORTS CENTRE
As well as access to the gym, classes and open swims the centre also offers a range of other facilities. Members also benefit from advanced booking and discounted court bookings.
Our Eastbourne facilities include:
- 25m swimming pool
- 36 station fitness suite with a designated cardiovascular area packed with bikes, treadmills, and rowers, cross-trainers and steppers. Free weights range from 2-40kg with 15 resistance stations.
- Large 6 court sports hall marked for badminton, basketball and volleyball.
- 30 seat meeting room with direct access to the sports hall and extensive foyer.
- Artificial ¾ length outdoor pitch. Marked for Football, Hockey and Lacrosse.

- Two gymnasiums available for exercise classes, badminton, football, basketball, gymnastics, children’s parties.
- Spin Studio (new for 2019)

Our Eastbourne Sports Centre is open:
Monday to Friday 07.15-22.00
Saturday & Sunday 08.30-17.00
Bank Holidays 08.30-17.00
The University closes over the Christmas and New Year period. This is usually lunchtime Christmas Eve until 1st January inclusive.
