Sports Awards 2024 Results

The University of Brighton Sports Awards took place on Friday 10th May 2024. The evening looked to celebrate the sporting successes of the year. Students and guests enjoyed dinner and the awards ceremony at the event hosted at the Hilton Metropole. Jessica Gordon Brown also joined us for the evening. The Brighton alumni went on to win a silver medal at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games in weightlifting. Whilst at the univeristy Jessica was actually a Judo scholar. It was at the university she discovered weightlifting might be for her.
