Women's Rugby Introduction 2020/21
The University of Brighton has both a men's and women's club. The clubs are all welcoming and attract students from both Brighton and Eastbourne. This approach has led the men's team to recent success as the 1st team take on some of the best university teams in the country in the Premier 2 South league and are one of the university's performance teams operating under the Gold programme. The men's section is further supported by a 2nd team. The women welcome players of all experience levels from beginner to club player.

STUDENT CLUB | DETAILS
Locations: Sports Centre, Falmer Campus and Eastbourne Rugby Club, Eastbourne.
Type: Competitive match play and training
Details: University of Brighton enter two men's teams and a women's team in the BUCS leagues. Weekly coached training alternates between Falmer and Eastbourne for the men and home fixtures take place at Falmer. The women have training opprotunities at Falmer and Eastbourne and play their fixtures at Falmer.

ELIGIBLE MEN'S 1ST MEMBERS ONLY
Costs: £160 a year
Gold members access personal injury insurance, agreed BUCS fixture costs, training sessions with a qualified coach, team strength and conditioning sessions, discounted physio and other performance sport services and gym access.
Gold eligible members will be given instructions on how to buy their membership.
You can take part in as many clubs as you like and can fit in. You only need to buy one membership which should be for the club that requires the highest category membership. So if you do both a Silver and Bronze Off-Site club then you just need a Silver card. You need to buy a membership after your first session. Contact Sport Brighton if you have any questions.
UoB RUGBY (MEN'S 2&3 AND WOMEN'S) CLUB | MEMBER CATEGORY: SILVER
Costs: £70 a year or opt to add gym access for £140. £2.50 match fee per match played.
