Physical activity | Health | Wellbeing.
We all know how important regular exercise and wellness activities are. Taking time out of your day to exercise can increase your productivity, boost your mood, reduce stress and anxiety and even improve your sleep quality and duration. But, at Sport Brighton we also know that it can be difficult to fit these activities into your daily schedules, especially with the pressures of studying.
It’s important to remember that time spent moving your body, away from your desk, enables you to study more effectively, letting you get more work done in less time and keeping you feeling good while you do it.
You can join our Just Move sessions no matter your fitness level or experience and with a choice of in person and on demand options, there should be a way to move that works for you.
