A very strong week from the Panthers where there were many positive results and many sides have progressed in their respective cup competitions. Very strong performances from the Men's basketball and hockey teams and the Women's netball 3s.

Concussion is a type of traumatic brain injury caused by a bump, blow, or jolt to the head, or by a hit to the body that causes the head and brain to move rapidly back and forth (CDC, 2019). In many sports, players are at an increased risk of sustaining a concussion due to the level of contact and nature of competition.

Another Quiet week with a mixed set of results for the Panthers. The highlight was from the the Basketball team who was able to defeat Royal Holloway Men's 1 104-76.
