If you have been following our social media channels you will have seen that we have been producing tips and ideas to help your wellbeing whilst at home. This week's installment is a chance to try some yoga progressions. One of our yoga instructors and Sport Brighton staff member Anna guides us through a three stage progression. Stage one is suitable for beginners so it is a great way to try yoga even if it is for the first time. Working through the videos at your own pace you can work through each progression where difficulty will increase. Why not give it a go?
