New Parklife Timetables Released

As the sun finally appears on our shores, so does the brand new Term 3 Parklife programme across the University.

We have thrown in a few new activities to complement our fantastic existing sessions providing a wide range of sport and physical activities for students and staff. In Brighton, why not join our new Walk2Run Programme or get out and active with the brand new Parklife Outdoor Bootcamps. If they’re not for you, maybe pop along for a spot of tennis in the sunshine, or something more relaxing like Yoga or Pilates. Eastbourne students and staff now have more opportunities to do Yoga and get out for a led walk, as well as the chance to try something a little different such as MMA, and Volleyball. In Hastings, have a nice relaxing time with our new Yoga classes or pop along to our regular favourites such as badminton and football.

A majority of our activities are just £1 and are the perfect opportunity to get up, out and about as the summer months arrive, and offers you a great chance to relax away from study and work. For a full list of activities, head to
